Raw Rise Media LLC is committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for our users and content creators. This Content Removal Policy explains how we handle requests to remove or disable access to content on the Raw Rise VIP platform.

1. Grounds for Content Removal

We may remove or disable access to content that:

• Violates our Acceptable Use Policy
• Infringes on intellectual property rights (including copyright under our DMCA Policy)
• Depicts or promotes illegal activity, non-consensual acts, or exploitation
• Contains harassment, threats, or abuse toward other users or creators
• Violates age restrictions or involves individuals under 18 years of age
• Is reported as unauthorized or stolen content
• Poses a security risk or technical issue affecting the platform

2. How to Report Content for Removal

If you believe any content on our platform should be removed, please submit a detailed report to us at:

• Your full name and contact information
• The URL or exact location of the content
• A clear description of why the content should be removed (including which policy it violates)
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.)

We will review all valid reports promptly and take appropriate action.

3. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

Copyright-related removal requests are handled under our separate DMCA Policy. Please refer to the DMCA / Copyright Policy for specific instructions on filing a formal DMCA notice.

4. Response Time and Process

• We aim to acknowledge receipt of valid complaints within 48 hours.
• We will investigate the report and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content.
• In cases involving repeat violations or serious breaches, we may suspend or terminate the responsible user’s account.
• We will notify the reporter of the outcome when possible, while respecting privacy and legal limitations.

5. Appeals

If content you uploaded was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing support@rawrisemedia.com with:

• Your account details
• The content ID or URL that was removed
• A detailed explanation of why you believe the content should be restored

We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.

6. Repeat Offenders

Users who repeatedly post content that violates our policies may have their accounts permanently terminated without refund.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Content Removal Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
