Raw Rise Media LLC (“Raw Rise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Raw Rise VIP platform to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Copyrighted Material on Our Platform

All videos, images, text, logos, the Raw Rise crown design, and other content available on rawrisemedia.com and the Raw Rise VIP platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are owned by Raw Rise Media LLC or our licensed content creators (Ebony Queens).

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to stream purchased videos within their own account library. Any unauthorized copying, downloading, distribution, public sharing, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notification to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your name, address, and telephone number
• Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We will terminate access in appropriate circumstances as required by the DMCA.

5. Misrepresentation

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or that material was removed due to mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
