The Raw Rise VIP platform is a digital PPV marketplace where users can purchase exclusive video content from Ebony Queens. Purchased videos are added to your personal account library for on-demand streaming in 4K. Access is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. Digital Content License
All videos and content on the Platform are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a video, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream that video within your personal account library.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, or publicly display any content. Sharing login credentials or allowing any other person to access your library is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
5. Payments
All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to your library upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are considered only in cases of technical failure that prevents access to purchased content, at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, logos, the Raw Rise crown design, brand assets, and platform materials are the exclusive property of Raw Rise Media LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: • Share your account credentials or library access • Redistribute, pirate, or publicly share any purchased content • Use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or non-consensual activity • Attempt to bypass security features or access restricted areas • Harass other users or creators
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
